Quiet Commotion is releasing a new album and what better place to celebrate this than Plan B! Quiet Commotion is a young indie artist from Malmö who makes melancholic indie/folk rock with influences from the likes of Elliott Smith and Cat Power. His coming album, which will be released via Anomic Records is his most ambitious so far - filled with strong melodies, genuine lyrics, hypnotic drumming, and experimental song structures.
