CLUB: TROLLDANS 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY: SEBASTIAN MULLAERT AKA MINILOGUE (3 HOUR LIVE SET)

Ten years ago, Trolldans was born. Olle Bergkvist's techno parties in the dark nooks and crannies of Malmö are now the stuff of legends, featuring artists such as Rødhåd, Recondite, Abdulla Rashim, Dasha Rush, and Svreca, to name a few. In fact, the formation of Trolldans can be traced back to the union of the forgotten corners of the old industrial city and the enchanting, windswept coastal landscape of southern Skåne. Dark and industrial techno counterbalanced by beautiful streaks of melancholy. The first rays of sunlight peeking through the shattered windows of a forsaken building, temporarily turned into a dance floor. Trolldans now returns to Malmö to revive those sensations.

Who better to take the helm at a night like this, celebrating techno but also the beauty and strength that lies within nature itself, than Sebastian Mullaert. An absolute legend of the scene, from his global endeavors as one half of Minilouge, to his groundbreaking work with the Circle of Live project, that brings together elite artists from different parts of the globe for improvised live sessions. His solo live performances are utterly mesmerizing, especially when given time to properly connect with you, the dancers. At Trolldans 10 years, Mullaert will play a three-hour live set and you wouldn’t want to miss it for the world. This will be his only live show in Malmö this year.
