After being the first-ever artist to sign a multi-release deal with Eric Prydz’s Pryda Friends, the Swedish DJ, producer and label owner has become one of the most highly regarded artists in melodic house and techno. Olander released multiple EPs, singles, remixes on Prydz’s label, as well as record a shortlisted BBC Essential Mix B2B with Eric Prydz. Together, they performed at iconic venues such as Madison Square Garden in New York City and Brixton Academy in London. Following his departure from Pryda Friends in 2014 to pursue his own imprint Vivrant, he released original music on some of the world’s most respected imprints like John Digweed’s Bedrock, Sasha’s Last Night On Earth, Adam Beyer’s Drumcode, UK behemoth Anjunadeep, M.A.N.D.Y.’s Get Physical and Berlin-based institution Watergate. In 2018, he became the first Nordic act to be invited to play for the coveted Cercle event series, joining an alumni consisting of Solomun, Tale of Us and Stephan Bodzin. His music atmospheric and melancholic music has become a mainstay on all major electronic playlists on Spotify and seen radio and press support by BBC Radio 1, Mixmag, DJ MAG, Dazed Magazine, Wonderland Magazine, METAL and Swedish Radio P3. In 2018, he became the first Nordic act to be invited to play for the coveted Cercle series, joining an alumni consisting of Solomun, Tale of Us and Stephan Bodzin and more December of 2019 saw the unveiling of Jeremy’s first-ever mix album on the legendary Balance imprint. With 14 new originals from himself as well as La Fleur, Ejeca, Locked Groove, Marino Canal and Tim Engelhardt, the album was released digitally as well as on CD and vinyl to great fan acclaim. On the remix tip, the prolific Swede has remixed acts in the likes of Digitalism, Henry Saiz, Sailor & I and most recently fellow Swedish mega-star Tove Lo, alongside Jayda G and Major Lazer. A perfect blend with the melancholically infused style of Olander it proved, with his reinterpretation of ’Sweettalk My Heart’, off Lo’s latest studio album, garnering north of 1 000 000 streams on Spotify in just a month..In 2023, after over a decade as a celebrated globally touring artist, Jeremy is set to begin work on his first-ever studio album.
