Rotor is here to stay! After 6 releases on B.E.A.P., ELEKTROHASCH, and NOISOLUTION since 2000, the band dropped their latest album "7" in 2023. Moving beyond genres, the quartet from the woods of Brandenburg doesn't care much about trends or hypes, following just one directive: to do stuff on their own, by any means necessary.

Rotor delivers dry-to-the-bone prog rock, and no one does it quite like them. Combining spaced-out leads and psychedelia with heavy, syncopated grooves, the band's songs often take unexpected detours into the unknown just when you feel safe. Rotor manages to tell stories without vocals, creating a cinematic atmosphere that merges 2001: A Space Odyssey with Spaghetti Westerns and action-packed chase films.

Over their 27-year career, the band has toured extensively and played major rock festivals such as Desertfest Berlin and London, Stoned from the Underground, Freak Valley, Fusion, Sonic Whip, Krach am Bach, Burg…
